For emergency services you must be a threat to yourself or a threat to others.

Intake procedure: Free assessments can be requested through emergency crisis stabilization 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Area served: Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Hampton, Newport News, Suffolk, and Portsmouth. Services: Inpatient and outpatient care.
