Eligibility requirements: Must be a resident of the City of Chesapeake. Must have a diagnosis of intellectual disability or developmental delay; be in need of Mental Health services or in need of substance abuse services. 24/7 Crisis help is available.

Intake procedure: Call to make an appointment, by phone or in person.

Services Provided: Case management, Respite, Supported Living, Vocational Services / Day Support, Infant Intervention, Mental Health / Substance Abuse services. The CSB provides a current continuum of services for individuals who are diagnosed with mental health disorders or who have substance abuse issues.
